Shipping coverage
Rovaska delivers to cities and regions all across Pakistan.
Processing time
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after confirmation.
Delivery time
Once your order is dispatched, delivery usually takes 3–5 business days anywhere in Pakistan.
Please note that delivery times may vary during public holidays, sale events, or due to circumstances outside our control.
Delivery charges
- Orders of Rs. 3,000 or more: free delivery
- Orders below Rs. 3,000: Rs. 300 delivery fee
Cash on delivery (COD)
We offer Cash on Delivery across Pakistan, so you only pay when your parcel arrives.
Order delays
In rare cases, deliveries may be delayed due to:
- Weather conditions
- Public holidays
- Courier service disruptions
- Incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided at checkout
Incorrect address
Please make sure your shipping address and contact details are correct when placing your order. Rovaska is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect or incomplete information.
Damaged or lost packages
If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving the package or of the expected delivery date, and we'll help resolve it.
