1. Using our store

We make every effort to show our products accurately. However, colours and appearance may look slightly different depending on your screen and device settings.
Product descriptions, prices and availability may change at any time without notice. We may discontinue a product or limit the quantity available to any customer or area.
3. Orders
When you place an order, you are making an offer to buy. Your order is accepted once we confirm it. We may decline or cancel an order for any reason, for example if a product is out of stock, the delivery details cannot be verified, or there is an error in pricing. If this happens, we will try to contact you using the details you provided.
Orders can be cancelled before they are dispatched. Returns and exchanges are handled according to our Return & Refund Policy.
Products are sold for personal and household use, not for commercial resale.
4. Prices and payment
All prices are shown in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Prices, discounts and promotions may change without notice, but the price you pay is the price shown when your order is placed. Delivery charges are explained in our Shipping Policy.
For Cash on Delivery orders, you agree to pay the full order amount to the courier when your parcel is delivered. Repeatedly refusing or not accepting Cash on Delivery orders may result in future orders being declined.
5. Shipping and delivery
Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by courier companies, weather, public holidays or other events outside our control. Please see our Shipping Policy for full details.
